General Terms

  • The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern all disputes or claims related to this Site.
  • Our domicile is the United Arab Emirates.
  • Users must be 18 years or older. Minors cannot register or use the website.
  • Payments made via the website are processed securely through our payment provider. Cardholders should keep a copy of transaction records.

Terms & Conditions for Birthday Parties, Workshops & Camps

  • Booking implies agreement with all terms listed here.
  • CREATIVE BEES may update terms without notice.
  • Final payment must be completed before the event. Additional guests or add-ons may adjust the final invoice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • CREATIVE BEES is not liable for any harm, damage, or loss during use of facilities or services.

Booking Your event

  • Bookings can be made in person, online, by phone, or email.
  • A full online payment is required to secure the booking.
  • Guest numbers must be confirmed at booking; charges are based on this number.
  • Rescheduling is possible free of charge with more than two weeks’ notice, subject to availability.

On the Day

  • CREATIVE BEES staff arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup.
  • Birthday party duration: 2 hours; extensions available at 100 AED per child per hour, subject to availability.
  • Final headcount must be provided 1 week before the event.
  • We ensure activities are fun but cannot force participation. Babysitting is not provided.

Safety & Behavior

  • Parents must inform us of food allergies at booking or up to 7 days before.
  • CREATIVE BEES is not responsible for injuries, theft, loss, or damage on premises. Activities are at participants’ own risk.
  • Supervision is the responsibility of parents/caregivers.
  • No bullying is tolerated; aggressive children may be asked to leave without refund.

Terms & Conditions for birthdays @ Home

  • Agreement to all online booking terms is required.
  • Final payment must be completed before the party. Additional guests or add-ons may adjust the invoice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • CREATIVE BEES is not liable for any harm or damage during use of equipment or services.

Payment Terms

  • Payments accepted via Stripe (AED) or cash upon confirmation.
  • All payments for events and classes are non-refundable.
  • Online purchases are also governed by the respective merchant’s terms.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to Birthday @ Home bookings must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Orders that have been processed may incur charges of 50–100% depending on preparation.
  • Cancellation may result in charges from 25–100% depending on preparation.
  • No cancellations are accepted if items have been served.

  • All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
